We provide Sales, Service, and Parts for heavy farming equipmEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience in the agriculture industry a plus, but not required.
Experience operating lawn/garden equipment a plus.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must be dependable and hard-working.
Able to work outside for long periods of time operating lawnmowers, weed eaters etc.
Must be flexible with schedule and duties and/or tasks that are assigned.
Possess a willingness to take the initiative.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be 21 years of age or older to be insurable.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee or with reasonable accommodation to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Ability to move around the dealership building and grounds without assistance.
Ability to repeatedly bend, crouch, kneel, stand, reach, grasp, craw, walk, or climb.
Ability to climb in and out of equipment.
Ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely to prevent injury to self or others.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment or outside for majority of the workday.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
